Irondequoit: Passed away September 29, 2015 at age 58. Predeceased by Grandparents, Steve & Stella Shurgot, George & Gussie Wingate; Uncles Mitch Shurgot and Richard Wingate Kevin is survived by his parents, Ken & Joan Wingate; children, Madison (Denver, Co.), Zachary (Northport, LI); sisters, Kim (Tom) Jost (Dover, NH), Karleen (Kevin) Quinlan; nephews & nieces, Kendra & Ian Jost, Alison & Colin Quinlan; aunts & uncles, Don & Sue Shurgot, Sandy & Skip Wingate; many cousins; special friend, Bill Kuebel; neighbors, who kept a watchful eye and his faithful dog "Hank". Kevin was a 1975 graduate of Irondequoit, attended SUNY @ Farmingdale, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Masters Degree in Architectural Design. While living in New York City he was an associate with Peter Marino Architectural Firm and had clients such as Calvin Klein, Georgio Armani & Andy Warhol. Kevin was an avid reader, loved music, a big Yankee's fan, a whiz at crosswords and was very proud of his children.

No prior visitation. His memorial service will be held WEDNESDAY, October 28, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). To share a memory or send the family a condolence, please visit www.harrisfuneralhome.com.

It is so sad that we lost another classmate. I have very fond memories of hanging out with Kevin in high school. He was a lot of fun. Rest in peace Kevin.
