Get fit in 2015 at Penfield Fitness Club Saturday January 10th sponsored by Kathy Ciulla.

It was a COLD day in Rochester but 9 of us joined Kathy at the club. My mantra for 2015 is to "move more and eat less" so this event fit right in to my plans. We did some stretching and learned some excersizes. We did have the expected speel at the end to join. It is a nice club. It had the feel of Hunt Hollow Ski lodge if you are familiar with it. A homey, warm and friendly place. If you live in the area and are looking for a club I would recommend it.

Those who attended include: Kathy Ciulla, Patty Hinton Markus, Jeanne Travers, Alla Feldman Levi, Betsy Kubick, Beth Gaylord Borelli, Jodi Underwood Harkola 74', a friend of Kathy's and a friend of Jeanne's. I don't remember their names. I hope I didn't forget anyone?!

It was a great opportunity for a healthy activity and to meet up with some HS friends.
